六倍体披碱草属的核型分析

Karyotype Studies of Hexaploid Elymus

摘要: 【目的】为提供我国六倍体披碱草9个物种的核型资料。【方法】对9个六倍体披碱草属物种的核型进行了研究。【结果】9个物种核型公式为:E. atratus 2n=6x=42=38m+4sm;E. breviaristatus 2n=6x=42=34m+8sm;E. cylindricus 2n=6x=42=36m+6sm;E. dahuricus 2n=6x=42=36m+6sm;E. excelsus 2n=6x=42=34m+8sm;E. nutans 2n=6x=42=38m+4sm;E. purpuraristatus 2n=6x=42=36m+6sm;E. sinosubmuticus 2n=6x=42=36 m+6sm;E. tangutorum 2n=6x=42=36m+6sm。除了E. sinosubmuticus核型类型为2B型外,其余物种的核型类型均为2A型。【结论】六倍体披碱草属物种不同居群的核型存在变异。

Abstract: 【Objective】 The objective of the present study was to provide basic cytological data for the hexaploid Elymus species. 【Method】 The karyotype of nine species of hexaploid Elymus were analyzed. 【Result】 The karyotypcial formulae are suggested as follows: E. atratus 2n=6x=42=38m+4sm;E. breviaristatus 2n=6x=42=34m+8sm; E. cylindricus 2n=6x=42=36m+6sm; E. dahuricus 2n=6x=42=36m+6sm; E. excelsus 2n=6x=42=34m+8sm; E. nutans 2n=6x=42=38m+4sm; E. purpuraristatus 2n=6x= 42=36m+ 6sm; E. sinosubmuticus 2n=6x=42=36m+6sm; E. tangutorum 2n=6x=42=36m+6sm. The karyotype type of all the species was 2A except for E. sinosubmuticus. The karyotype type of E. sinos-ubmuticus was 2B. 【Conclusion】 Chromosome karyotypic variations present in different populations of hexaploid Elymus species.
