外源水杨酸对镉污染下酸枣幼苗生长及镉积累的影响

Effects of Exogenous Salicylic Acid on Growth and Cadmium Accumulation of Ziziphus acidojujuba Seedlings under Cadmium Pollution

摘要: 【目的】研究根际浇灌水杨酸对镉污染下酸枣幼苗生长和镉积累的影响。【方法】通过盆栽试验,研究根际浇灌不同浓度水杨酸(0、50、100、150、200 μmol/L)对镉污染(5 mg/kg)下酸枣幼苗生物量、光合色素含量、抗氧化酶活性、镉积累及土壤酶活性的影响。【结果】根际浇灌水杨酸提高了酸枣幼苗根系土壤有效态镉含量和过氧化氢酶活性;显著降低了土壤脲酶和蔗糖酶活性,且随水杨酸浓度的升高2种酶活性均呈下降趋势,最大降幅分别为34.2%和45.3%。水杨酸处理显著提高了酸枣幼苗根系和地上部分镉含量,最高增幅分别为32.7%和48.0%。同时,随着水杨酸浓度的升高,酸枣根系及地上部分生物量、叶绿素含量、类胡萝素含量及抗氧化酶(SOD、POD和CAT)活性均呈下降趋势,最大降幅分别为16.2%、30.0%、37.3%、31.4%、24.6%、38.0%和29.8%。【结论】镉污染下,根际浇灌水杨酸促进了酸枣幼苗对镉的吸收与转运,抑制了植株的生长,加重了镉对酸枣幼苗的毒害,且高浓度水杨酸的毒害作用强于低浓度。

Abstract: 【Objective】 The aim of the study was to study the effects of salicylic acid additions on the growth and cadmium accumulation of Ziziphus acidojujuba seedlings under cadmium pollution. 【Method】 A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of salicylic acid (0,50,100,150 and 200 μmol/L) on the biomass,photosynthetic pigment content,antioxidant enzyme activity, cadmium accumulation of Z. acidoju-juba seedlings and soil enzyme activities under cadmium pollution (5 mg/kg). 【Result】 Root-irrigating salic-ylic acid increased the available cadmium content and catalase activity of rezosphere soil,but decreased urease and invertase activities. The size of negative effect declined with an increase in salicylic acid, with the strongest decline magnitude being 34.2% and 45.3%,respectively. Exogenous salicylic acid increased the cadmium content in root and shoot,with the largest increase magnitude being 32.7% and 48.0%,respectively. Root and shoot biomass, chlorophyll a+b and carotenoid content and antioxidant enzyme activities (SOD, POD and CAT) of Z.acidojujuba seedlings decreased with increasing concentration of exogenous salicylic acid, with largest decrease being 16.2%, 30.0%, 37.3%, 31.4%, 24.6%, 38.0% and 29.8%, respectively. 【Conclusion】 Under cadmium pollution, salicylic acid promoted the absorption and transport of cadmium,inhibited the growth and aggravated the toxic effect of cadmium on Z. acidojujuba seedlings. The toxicity of salicylic acid was stronger at the higher concentration than at the lower concentration.
