盐和重金属镉交互胁迫对互花米草生长的影响

Effects of Different Interaction Stress of Salt and Heavy Metal Cadmium on the Growth of Spartina alterniflora

摘要: 【目的】探究不同盐度和重金属镉浓度交互胁迫下互花米草主要生长指标的变化规律,为找出互花米草在不同盐浸环境下生长的耐盐阈值提供数据支撑。【方法】以采集的互花米草幼苗为试验材料,在室内进行长达6个月的NaCl、CdCl2及其交互胁迫试验,并测定其主要的生长指标。【结果】在CdCl2浓度0.2~0.8 mmol./L的胁迫下,加大了NaCl对互花米草幼苗的毒害,各生长指标随着盐胁迫浓度的增大而不断下降;当NaCl浓度大于500 mmol/L时,各处理组互花米草均出现脱水枯死现象,当NaCl浓度在0~100 mmol/L时,株高、茎粗均达到最大值,NaCl浓度在100~300 mmol/L时,叶片大小、生物量均达到最大值;生物量分配规律为:叶生物量>根生物量>茎生物量;相关性分析显示互花米草各生长指标之间均表现出显著正相关性(P<0.05),盐度与各生长指标间均表现出负相关,CdCl2浓度与株高、叶长和叶面积呈正相关,与叶宽、生物量呈负相关。【结论】在CdCl2浓度(0.2~0.8 mmol/L)胁迫下,互花米草各主要生长指标随着NaCl盐度 (0~900 mmol/L)的增大呈下降趋势;不同盐浸环境下各主要生长指标耐盐阈值存在差异,其中株高、茎粗最佳耐盐范围为0~100 mmol/L,叶片大小、生物量最佳耐盐范围为100~300 mmol/L;当NaCl浓度大于500 mmol/L时,互花米草出现脱水枯死现象。

Abstract: 【Objective】 The aim of the study was to clarify the dynamic changes of main growth indexes of Spartina alterniflora under different concentrations of salt and heavy metal cadmium and provide data support for find out the salt tolerance threshold of Spartina alterniflora under different salt immersion environment. 【Method】 Spartina alterniflora seedlings as test materials were collected, its main growth indexes were measured by the experiment of NaCl-CdCl2 and its interaction stress for six months in the laboratory. 【Result】 The results showed that the toxicity of NaCl to Spartina alterniflora seedlings was increased and each growth index of Spartina alterniflora was decreased with the increase of salt stress concentration when the CdCI2 concentration in the range of 0.2-0.8 mmol/L, The dehydration and death of Spartina alterniflora occurred in each treatment group under the interaction stress of the high concentrationof NaCl more than 500 mmol/L. The maximum of main growth indexes such as plant height, stem diameter of Spartina alterniflora appeared in each treatment group when the concentration of NaCl in the range of 0-100 mmol/L. And the maximum of leaf, biomass of Spartina alterniflora appeared in each treatment group when the concentration of NaCl in the range of 100-300 mmol/L. The biomass distribution law was: leaf biomass>root biomass>stem biomass, plant height,stem diameter and leaf decreased with increasing salinity. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation among the growth indexes of Spartina alternifloraP<0.05). Salinity had a negative correlation with growth indexes of Spartina alterniflora, CdCl2 concentration had a positive correlation with plant height, leaf length and leaf area were negatively correlated with leaf width and biomass. 【Conclusion】 The growth indexes of Spartina alterniflora seedlings were decreased with the increase of NaCl salinity (0-900 mmol/L) when the CdCI2 concentration in the range of 0.2-0.8 mmol/L. There are differences in salt tolerance thresholds of the main growth indexes under different salt immersion environments. The optimum salt tolerance range of main growth indexes such as plant height, stem diameter of Spartina alterniflora appeared in each treatment group when the concentration of NaCl in the range of 0-100 mmol/L. And the optimum salt tolerance range of leaf size, biomass of Spartina alterniflora appeared in each treatment group when NaCl salinity in the range of 100-300 mmol/L. The dehydration and death of Spartina alterniflora appeared in each treatment group when the concentration of NaCl was more than 500 mmol/L.
