蔗糖、水杨酸和钾营养对彩色马铃薯试管薯结薯效率的影响

Effects of Sucrose, Salicylic Acid and Potassium on the Tuberization Efficiency of Pigmented Potato in Vitro

摘要: 【目的】提高彩色马铃薯试管薯结薯效率,降低生产成本,为工厂化生产试管薯提供依据。【方法】以8个彩色马铃薯株系为供试材料,研究12%蔗糖、0.5 mmol/L水杨酸、40 mmol/L高钾处理对彩色马铃薯试管薯结薯的影响。【结果】12%蔗糖处理可提高单株试管薯产量和淀粉含量。0.5 mmol/L水杨酸处理使不同株系增产19%~192%,但淀粉含量略有下降。40 mmol/L高钾处理对试管薯产量和淀粉含量作用不显著或抑制少量株系试管薯形成并降低淀粉含量。此外,水杨酸具有促进结薯提前的作用,可比对照平均提前约15~25 d形成直径3~5 mm薯块。生产1 kg彩色马铃薯试管薯,0.5 mmol/L水杨酸处理的试剂成本最低,只有对照的56.89%。【结论】0.5 mmol/L水杨酸处理具有成本低、结薯效率高的优点,具有实际应用潜力。

Abstract: 【Objective】 In order to improve the tuberization efficiency of pigmented potato in vitro, reduce production cost and provide basis for factory production of microtuber. 【Method】 Eight pigmented potato lines were used as tested materials to study the effects of 12% sucrose, 0.5 mmol/L salicylic acid (SA) and 40 mmol/L high potassium treatment on the microtuber tuberization. 【Result】 12% sucrose treatment could increase the single plant yield of microtuber and starch content. 0.5 mmol/L SA treatment increased the yield of different lines by 19%-192%, but the starch content decreased slightly. 40 mmol/L high potassium treatment had no significant effect on the yield and starch content of microtuber, or inhibited the microtuber formation of a few lines and decreased the starch content. In addition, SA had the effect of promoting the early tuber growth, which was averagely about 15-25 days ahead of the control, forming a diameter of 3-5 mm potato tuber. The reagent cost of 0.5 mmol/L SA treatment was the lowest for producing 1 kg microtubers, only 56.89% of the control. 【Conclusion】 0.5 mmol/L SA treatment has the advantages of low cost and high tuberization efficiency, and has practical application potential.
