不同播量下杂交籼稻品种的机播育秧秧苗素质差异及与种子性状的关系

Quality Difference of Mechanical Seeding and Seedling Raising of Indica Hybrid Rice Varieties under Different Sowing Quantity and Its Relationship with Seed Traits

摘要: 【目的】为分析不同播量下杂交籼稻品种的机播育秧秧苗素质差异及秧苗素质与种子性状的关系,并根据关键的秧苗性状筛选出适合于四川地区机械化播种的品种。【方法】选取西南地区选育的27个杂交籼稻品种进行了种子性状和机播育秧秧苗素质考察工作。【结果】①杂交籼稻种子的形态特征受自身遗传特性的影响明显,不同品种间有显著差异;②采用机械流水线播种方式播种后,所育水稻秧苗受品种和播种量的影响显著,秧田生长状况差异明显。千粒重较低、长宽比相对较小的品种机播育秧秧苗素质和出苗均匀度较好,低播量水平下秧苗素质和出苗均匀度较好;③千粒重与株高和叶面积呈显著正相关关系;秧苗均匀度与千粒重、粒长、长宽比呈负相关关系,而与粒宽、粒厚、发芽率呈正相关关系;④初步筛选出绿优4923、F优498、隆两优1146等适宜机播的10个品种。【结论】不同播量下杂交籼稻品种的机播育秧秧苗素质差异明显,低播量下(60 g/盘)秧苗素质较好,选用千粒重较低,长宽比相对较小的种子有利于机播。

Abstract: 【Objective】 In order to analyze the difference of mechanical seeding quality and the relationship between seedling quality and seed characters of indica hybrid rice varieties under different sowing quantity. 【Method】 The varieties suitable for mechanized seeding in Sichuan were selected according to the key of seedling characters. 【Result】 27 indica hybrid rice varieties in Southwest China were selected to investigate the seed characters and seedling quality of mechanical seeding.①The results showed that the morphological characteristics of hybrid indica rice seeds were obviously influenced by their own genetic characteristics, and there were significant differences among different varieties. ②The difference of the growth condition of the rice field is obvious. The seedling quality and seedling emergence evenness of the varieties with low 1 000-grain weight and relatively low aspect ratio were better,and the seedling quality and seedling evenness were better at low sowing rate. ③The 1 000-grain weight had a significant positive correlation with plant height and leaf area. There were negative correlation between seedling evenness with 1 000-grain weight, grain length, length width ratio, and positive correlation between seedling evenness with kernel width, grain thickness and germination rate. ④Ten varieties were selected, such as Lvyou 4923, F you 498 and Longliangyou 1146. 【Conclusion】 The quality of mechanical seeding and raising seedlings of indica hybrid rice varieties under different sowing amount was obviously different, and the quality of seedling was better at low sowing rate(60 g/tray),and the seeds with low 1 000-grain weight and a relatively small aspect ratio were beneficial to plant-seeding.
