苗床添加木霉菌肥对2种烟苗生长及抗逆酶活性的影响

Effect of Trichoderma Fertilizer Added into Seedbed on Growth and Activity of Stress Resistant Enzyme for Two Tobacco Seedlings

摘要: 【目的】探究苗床添加木霉菌肥对烟苗生长和相关抗逆酶活性的影响,以期为木霉菌肥在烤烟上的应用提供理论依据和参考。【方法】采用不同添加量(5%、10%、15%)的木霉菌肥均匀拌入苗床育苗基质的方法,研究不同添加比例对红花大金元和云烟85苗期农艺性状、植株N、P、K吸收量以及幼苗抗逆酶活性的影响。【结果】苗床添加木霉菌肥对2种烟苗的生长和养分吸收表现出明显的促进作用,其株高、茎围、最大叶面积等指标和N、P、K积累量均较对照显著增加。苗床添加木霉菌肥能不同程度提高2种烟苗根系和叶片过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性,分别以中浓度(10%)、高浓度(15%)处理提升效果最明显,根系增加幅度普遍大于叶片,红花大金元较云烟85更敏感,中浓度下其根系CAT活性较对照增加188.0%,而云烟85仅提高76.7%。【结论】苗床添加中高浓度(10%~15%)木霉菌肥可提高红花大金元和云烟85幼苗根和叶的CAT、POD活性,促进烟苗生长和养分吸收。

Abstract: 【Objective】 In order to provide a theoretical basis and reference to the application of Trichoderma fertilizer, the study was aimed to reveal the effects of Trichoderma fertilizer used in seedbed on growth and activity of stress resistant enzyme for tobacco seedlings. 【Method】 This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of Trichoderma with different treatments (5%, 10% and 15%) on the activity of stress resistant enzyme, the agronomic characters and the absorption to N/P/K of Honhuadajinyuan and Yunyan 85. 【Result】 The application of Trichoderma fertilizer promoted obviously the agronomic characters and the absorption to N/P/K of two tobacco seedlings, and plant height, stem circumference, maximum leaf area and other indicators and accumulation of N/P/K were increased significantly. With the addition of Trichoderma fertilizer in seedbed, the activity of CAT and POD in roots and leaves of two tobacco seedlings were improved in different degree, and the treatments with medium concentration (10%) and high concentration (15%) were the most obvious respectively. The increase rate in roots was generally greater than that of the leaves. The Honghuadajinyuan was more sensitive than Yunyan 85, and under the middle concentration (10%) treatment, the CAT activity of root was increased by 188.0% than that of control, while Yunyan 85 only was increased by 76.7%. 【Conclusion】 The addition of Trichoderma fertilizer in seedbed at medium and high concentrations could significantly increase the CAT and POD activity in roots and leaves of Honghuadajinyuan and Yunyan 85 seedlings and promote growth and nutrient absorption of tobacco seedlings.
