镉胁迫对东营野生大豆幼苗抗氧化系统及可溶性蛋白的影响

Effects of Antioxidant System and Soluble Protein in Dongying Wild Soybean Seedling under Cadmium Stress

摘要: 【目的】为综合评价东营野生大豆耐镉胁迫的能力。【方法】以东营野生大豆为材料,检测不同浓度镉(Cd)胁迫下野生大豆抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛含量及可溶性蛋白含量的变化。【结果】丙二醛含量随Cd浓度增加而增加。当Cd浓度低于8 mg/L时,抗氧化酶(SOD和CAT)活性、可溶性蛋白含量均高于对照;当Cd浓度为16 mg/L时,抗氧化酶活性、可溶性蛋白含量均显著低于对照。【结论】当Cd浓度小于等于8.0 mg/L时,野生大豆可通过自身调节减轻或缓解镉胁迫带来的不利影响。

Abstract: 【Objective】 To comprehensively evaluate the cadmium resistant ability of Dongying wild soybean.【Method】 Using Dongying wild soybean as the materials, the antioxidant enzyme activities, the contents of malondialdehyde and soluble portein were detected under different treatments of cadmium concentrations. 【Result】 The contents of malondialdehyde were increased with increasing Cd concentrations. When Cd concentrations were lower than 8 mg/L, the antioxidant enzyme activities (SOD and CAT) and the contents of soluble protein under Cd stress were significantly higher than that of the control;when Cd concentration was 16 mg/L,the activity of antioxidant enzymes and the content of soluble protein were significantly lower than that of the control. 【Conclusion】 When Cd concentrations were less than or equal to 8.0 mg/L, wild soybean could mitigate or alleviate the adverse effects of Cd stress through self-regulation.
