家兔CETP基因多态性与肉质性状的关联分析

CETP Gene Polymorphism is Associated with Rabbit Meat Quality Traits

摘要: 【目的】探讨CETP基因对家兔肉质性状的影响,以期为家兔肉质早期育种提供理论基础。【方法】本研究采用PCR产物直接测序法,对伊拉兔、香槟兔、天府黑兔3个品种356只家兔的CETP基因进行单核苷酸多态性分析,并研究了不同基因型与屠体性状的相关关系。【结果】家兔CETP基因外显子4第11位存在单核苷酸变异,具有AA、GG和AG这3种基因型,基因型频率分别为0.261 2、0.522 5和0.216 3;本研究的3个家兔群体均中度多态且偏离哈温平衡;该变异位点显著影响了家兔半净膛屠宰率,背最长肌的红度(P<0.05);该变异位点显著影响了家兔背最长肌和后腿肌的肌内脂肪含量(P<0.05)。【结论】推测CETP基因可能是影响家兔肉质育种的候选基因。

Abstract: 【Objective】 The aim of this study was to discuss the effect of the CETP gene on the rabbit meat traits and provide the theory for rabbit breeding. 【Method】 Using PCR-sequencing and statistic analysis to investigate the association between genotypes and meat quality traits in the Hyla, Champagne, and Tianfu Black rabbit breeds. 【Result】 We detected one single nucleotide polymorphism located at 11 bp in exon 4 from the studied rabbits in this study. We assigned AA, GG, AG as three genotypes for the studied gene and the genotype frequencies were 0.261 2, 0.522 5 and 0.216 3 respectively. The three rabbit populations had intermediate levels of genetic diversity and disagreed in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The statistical analysis indicated that the SNP effected the half-eviscerated rate, redness in longissimus dorsi muscle and the IMF in both longissimus dorsi and biceps femoris muscles in the three breeds (P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 The results indicated that the CETP gene may be used as a possible candidate gene for marker-assisted selection in rabbit meat breeding programs.
