三峡库区不同杂交组合肉牛生长曲线拟合分析

Analysis of Growth Curve of Different Cross Combinations of Beef Cattle in Three Gorges Reservoir Area

摘要: 【目的】筛选适宜三峡库区生态特点的肉牛杂交组合。【方法】测定三峡库区的西西本、红红本、西红本、红西本4个杂交组合肉牛的初生、6月龄、12月龄、18月龄、24月龄体尺体重,并进行生长曲线拟合分析。【结果】西西本、红西本肉牛初生重和24月龄体重显著高于红红本、西红本(P<0.05),4个杂交组合肉牛12月龄体重差异不显著(P>0.05);初生、12月龄、24月龄的体高和体直长在4个肉牛杂交组合间差异均不显著(P>0.05),西西本肉牛6月龄体高、体直长与红红本、红西本肉牛差异显著(P<0.05),西西本、红西本肉牛24月龄胸围显著高于红红本和西红本肉牛(P<0.05),4个杂交组合肉牛间的初生、12月龄胸围无显著差异(P>0.05);Gompertz模型能很好地拟合4个杂交组合肉牛的生长曲线,拟合度达95%以上,红西本肉牛有最大的极限体重、极限体直长、极限胸围,在12月龄后红西本肉牛的日增重最快。【结论】西西本和红西本肉牛在三峡库区有较好的生长性能,是适宜推广的杂交组合和肉牛新品种培育的良好素材。

Abstract: 【Objective】 This study was aimed to screen out the optimum performance hybridized combinations for beef cattles in Three Gorges Reservoir Area.【Method】 The body sizes and weights of 4 crossbred beef cattle breeds including Simmental × Simmental × Chuannan Mountainous cattle (SSC),Red Angus × Red Angus × Chuannan Mountainous cattle (RRC),Red Angus × Simmental × Chuannan Mountainous cattle(RSC),and Simmental × Red Angus × Chuannan Mountainous cattle (SRC) were measured and analyzed periodically from birth to 24 months of age. Growth curve fitting analysis was performed.【Result】 The results showed that body weights of SSC and RSC at birth and 24-month-old were significant higher than that of RRC and SRC. There was no significant difference in body weight of 12 months of age among four cattle breeds. Moreover,there were no significant differences in body heights and level body lengths at birth ,12 months and 24 months of age among four breeds. Body height and level body length of SSC at 6 months of age were significantly different from those of RRC and RSC(P<0.05). Heart girths of SSC and RSC at 24 months of age were higher than those of RRC and SRC(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in heart girths at birth and 12 months of age among four breeds. The growth curves of all the 4 cattle breeds fit the Gompertz growth model (fitting degree > 0.95). RSC had maximum mature weight,level body length and heart girth. The average daily gain of RSC was the highest among four breeds at 12 months of age.【Conclusion】 SSC and RSC had the relatively higher growth performance than the other breeds in Three Gorges Reservoir Area,indicating they are optimal hybridized combinations for the beef cattle breeding.
