评定全脂米糠的肉鸭净能值的研究

Evaluating Net Energy of Full-Fat Rice Bran for Ducks

摘要: 【目的】评定不同来源全脂米糠在北京鸭上的净能(NE)值,并通过相关、回归分析建立全脂米糠NE与其化学成分之间的回归模型。【方法】采用析因法,将全脂米糠的NE剖分为维持净能(NEm)与生产净能(NEp)分别测定。试验共选取体重相近的7日龄北京鸭(公母各半)320只,试验初随机选取20只肉鸭测定初始净能值;再随机选取50只肉鸭,设自由采食、限饲20%、40%、60%、80%等5个处理组;剩余250只肉鸭,设基础组和不同全脂米糠替代组。【结果】①北京鸭的禁食产热(FHP)为545.38 kJ/(kg0.75·d);②全脂米糠替代饲粮提供给北京鸭的NEm为(2.26±0.05)MJ/kg,NEp为(6.19±0.12) MJ/kg,全脂米糠替代饲粮在肉鸭上的NE为(8.45±0.13) MJ/kg;③根据套算法得到:全脂米糠在北京鸭上的NE为(8.39±0.65) MJ/kg,AME为(12.40±0.59) MJ/kg,AME转化为NE的效率为(67.62±3.39)%;④基于全脂米糠化学成分与NE建立的预测模型,其中NE=8.459+0.164EE-0.072NDF-0.09CF(R2=0.891, RSD=0.231 MJ/kg, P<0.05)的拟合度最高。【结论】结果表明不同来源的全脂米糠在肉鸭上的净能值有较大差异,NE含量与其化学成分有较强的相关和回归关系。

Abstract: 【Objective】 The purpose of this study was to evaluate the net energy (NE) of full-fat rice bran from different sources for Peking ducks, then the regression relationship between NE and chemical composition of full-fat rice bran was studied. 【Method】 A factoral analysis procedure was used to estimate net energy of full-fat rice bran that combines net energy for maintenance ( NEm) and production(NEp). 320 Peking ducks with similar body weight were used in this experiment. At the beginning, 20 ducks were randomly selected for the determination of the initial body composition. Another 50 ducks were randomly assigned into 5 groups (ad libitum and 80%, 60%, 40%, 20% of ad libitum intake) for NEm determination. The remaining 250 Peking ducks were divided into the basic group and the rice bran substitution diet group for NEp determination. 【Result】 ①Fasting heat production (FHP) of Peking ducks was 545.38 kJ/(kg0.75·d). ②The NEm and NEp of rice bran substitution diet were( 2.26±0.05) MJ/kg and (6.19±0.12) MJ/kg, respectively, the NE of rice bran substitution diet was (8.45±0.13) MJ/kg. ③According to the substitution method, the NE was (8.39±0.65) MJ/kg, AME was (12.40±0.59) MJ/kg, and AME was converted to NE ( 67.62±3.39)%. ④ The NE prediction model was established based on the chemical composition of rice bran, and the prediction model with the highest fitting degree was NE=8.459+0.164EE-0.072NDF-0.09CF (R2=0.891, RSD=0.231 MJ/kg, P<0.05). 【Conclusion】 This study revealed differences of NE values between the diets with different full-fat rice bran sources on ducks. Strong correlation and regression relationships were shown between NE and chemical composition of full-fat rice bran.
