施肥对瓜蒌品质影响的研究

Effect of Different Fertilizer Regimes on Quality of Fructus trichosanthis

摘要: [目的] 研究"3414"施肥方案中不同N、P、K施肥量对瓜蒌品质的影响,为专用肥的研究奠定基础。[方法] 采用"3414"肥效方案设计试验,收集每个施肥区组内瓜蒌,测定其瓜蒌鲜重、干瓜重、果皮厚度、果皮重、瓤重、千粒重、灰分、浸出物含量、可溶性糖含量、皂苷含量、游离氨基酸含量、腺苷含量、仁三醇含量;通过熵权法加权、灰色关联度分析法综合评价,求其最佳施肥配比。[结果] 不同处理对指标成分影响各不同,其中N1P2K2对瓜蒌重量影响最大;N2P0K2对果皮厚度及灰分影响最大;N2P1K2对游离氨基酸含量影响最大;N2P2K2对浸出物含量影响最大;N2P3K2对瓤重和仁三醇含量影响最大;N2P2K3对种子重量、可溶性糖及皂苷含量影响最大;N3P2K2对果皮重及腺苷量影响最大;综合评价N2P2K3(N:300 kg/hm2,P:450 kg/hm2,K:360 kg/hm2)为最优施肥量配比。[结论] 施肥对瓜蒌性状及化学成分有较大影响,不同施肥水平对各指标影响趋势均不相同。采用熵权法灰色系统评价体系研究施肥对瓜蒌生长性状及化学成分等指标的影响,确定最优施肥量,评价方法可行、结果准确可靠,为定量施肥及专用肥的研究提供了理论依据。

Abstract: [Objective] The quality of Fructus trichosanthis was used by "3414" fertilizer protocol, which could be laid the foundation for the development of special fertilizer. [Method] The fruit of Fructus trichosanthis was collected and measured by the fresh weight, dry fruit weight, pericarp thickness, peel weight, pulp weight, 1 000 grain weight, ash, extract content, soluble sugar content, saponin content, free amino acids content, adenosine content, 3, 29-Dibenzoyl rarounitriol content, separately;Based on the entropy weight method, the grey relational grade analysis method was used to evaluate the optimal ratio of fertilizer application. [Results] Results indicated that effects of different treatments on different components were not samilar, of which N1P2K2 had the greatest effect on Trichosanthes weight;the effect of N2P0K2 was the greatest on pericarp thickness and ash;the effect of N2P1K2 was the greatest on the content of free amino acid; the effect of N2P2K2 was the greatest on the extract content;the effect of N2P3K2 was the greatest on flesh weight and 3, 29-Dibenzoyl rarounitriol content;the effect of N2P2K3 was the greatest on seed weight, soluble sugar and ginsenoside content;the effect of N3P2K2 was the greatest on pericarp weight and maximum amount of adenosine;Based on the weighted grey relational degree analysis, N2P2K3(N:300 kg/hm2, P:450 kg/hm2, K:360 kg/hm2) was the optimal ratio of fertilizer applica-tion for Fructus trichosanthis. [Conclusion] Fertilization had a great effect on the properties and chemical composition of Fructus trichosanthis, effects of different fertilization levels on each index are different. The effects of fertilization on growth traits and chemical composition index were investigated by the system of grey relational degree analysis based on the entropy method, it can be drived the optimum rate of fertilizer. The theoretical basis provided in the study would be available for the research of quantitative fertilization and special fertilizer.
