不同种源越南杉木幼龄期叶绿素荧光特征比较

Chlorophyll Fluorescence Characteristics of Vietnam between Different Chinese Fir Provenances

摘要: [目的] 依据叶绿素荧光动力学对引种的9个越南种源地杉木开展幼龄期优良种源选择。[方法] 时间取样为8月中旬8:00-10:00AM,每个种源取样10株,每株杉木取1a生叶和2a生叶,暗反应20min后对各种源叶片叶绿素荧光参数进行分析。[结果] 不同种源杉木叶绿素荧光参数表现不一,差异显著,且各种源1a生叶荧光表现普遍优于2a生叶;综合评价各叶绿素荧光参数后可将9个种源划分成3种不同的幼龄期荧光特性类型,其中CL4、CL6、CL5和CL7种源光合作用能力较强。[结论] 各杉木种源中,叶绿素荧光特征差异明显,嫩叶比老叶的光合作用能力较强。因此杉木嫩叶绿素荧光可能是杉木种源选择的快速途径。

Abstract: [Objective] Base on chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics, good provenances in the early stage of 9 Chinese fir(Cunninghamia lanceolata(Hook) Lamb.) provenances were selected. [Method] The samples were taken in 8:00-10:00 am. Each provenance had 10 trees and each tree selected 1-and 2-year-old leaves. The leaves were put in the dark box 20 minutes, then chlorophyll fluorescence were analyzed. [Results] Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were different between provenances. Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of 1-year-old leaves were generally better than those of 2-year-old leaves. Nine Chinese fir provenances were divided into 3clusters according to fluorescence properties. The photosynthetic capacity were higher in CL4, CL6, CL5 and CL7 provenances compared with other provenances. [Conclusion] There were significant differences in chlorophyll fluorescence between different Chinese fir provenances;the photosynthetic capacity of new leaves were greater than that of old leaves. Therefore, chlorophyll fluorescence of new leaves may a reference for selecting Chinese fir provenances.
