结实期施氮对水稻空育131品质的影响

摘要: [目的] 研究结实期不同施氮量对寒地水稻品质的影响,为结实期合理施氮提供理论依据。[方法] 采用随机区组设计,研究结实期5个施氮水平对空育131品质的影响。[结果] 空育131的碾磨品质与结实期施氮量呈单峰曲线,施氮量22.5kg/hm2有最适值;垩白粒率与垩白度随着施氮量的增加而增加;蛋白质含量呈单峰曲线且与对照差异显著,但直链淀粉和脂肪酸含量与对照差异不显著;结实期施用低氮量时,对稻米品质影响不明显,但在最高肥量90kg/hm2空育131的食味综合有明显降低趋势。[结论] 在寒地条件下,施氮22.5kg/hm2时,空育131的品质为佳。

Abstract: [Objective] The aim of this study was to explore the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer on the quality of Kongyu 131 during the grain filling stage and to provide a theoretical basis for reasonable application of nitrogen fertilizer. [Method] Effects of 5different nitrogen fertilizer on the quality of Kongyu 131 were investigated using randomized block design during the grain filling stage. [Results] The milling quality of Kongyu 131 and nitrogen rate in seed setting period showed a single peak curve. There was an optimal value when the nitrogen rate was 22.5 kg/hm2. The chalky rice rate and chalkiness degree both increased with an increase in nitrogen rate. The protein content showed a single peak curve and the difference was significant. However, there were no significant differences in amylose and fatty acid contents between treatments. The effect of low nitrogen on rice quality was not obvious but the comprehensive taste of Kongyu 131 showed decreasing trend when the nitrogen fertilizer rate was 90 kg/hm2. [Conclusion] In cold regions, when the amount of nitrogen fertilizer is 22.5 kg/hm2, Kongyu 131 quality is the best.
