电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定尖海龙中9种微量元素的含量

Determination of 9 Trace Elements in Syngnathus acus linnaeus by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要: [目的] 建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同步测定海洋中药尖海龙中多种微量元素的新方法,并用于市售尖海龙中9种微量元素的含量测定。[方法] 利用硝酸-过氧化氢的消解体系进行尖海龙样品微波消解,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定了尖海龙中9种微量元素(Cr、Co、Ni、As、Se、Pb、Cs、Cd、Rb)的含量。[结果] 9种微量元素测定方法的回收率在86%~120%范围内,精密度RSD值均不超过4.64%,线性相关性系数r>0.9994,检出限较低。5个市售尖海龙样品检测结果显示,尖海龙中含有丰富的营养元素Se,而有毒元素Pb、Cd的含量均超过水产品中的限量值。[结论] 微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法是海龙中多种微量元素同步测定的有效方法。

Abstract: [Objective] A method was established for the stimulataneous determination of trace elements in Syngnathus acus linnaeus by Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry., Meanwhile, it apply in determining 9kinds of trace elements in commercially available Syngnathus acus linnaeus. [Method] Nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide as the digestion system, and determined the concentrations of 9 kinds of trace elements(Cr, Co, Ni, As, Se, Pb, Cs, Cd, Rb) in 5 kinds of Syngnathus acus linnaeus by ICP-MS. [Results] The recovery of 9 kinds of trace elements ranged from 86% to 120%, RSD<4.64%, the correlation coeffcient r>0.999 4, It had a lower detection limit. Se element in Syngnathus acus linnaeus was a kind of essential trace element, However, the concentrations of Pb and Cd in 5 kinds of Syngnathus acus linnaeus were more than the limit values, In addition, the concentration of Cd element was lower than the reported values, but the concentrations of Cr and As elements were more than the reported values. [Conclusion] Microwave Digestion-ICP-MS is an effective method for simultaneous determination of trace elements in the Dragon.
