圈养林麝(Moschus berezovskii)不同阶段体重和体尺的主成分分析

Principal Component Analysis of Body Weight and Size from Different Development Stage of Captive Forest Musk Deer (Moschus berezovskii)

摘要: [目的] 对林麝体重、体尺进行主成分分析以评估其生长发育和表型性状选择。[方法] 选用初生、1周龄、1月龄、1岁龄和4岁龄5个发育阶段,每个阶段40只林麝,测定其体重、体尺(额宽、头长、耳长、脊柱长、胸围、肱骨长、大腿长和小腿长),并对测定的9个性状进行主成分分析。[结果] 结果表明:林麝体重和体尺性状之间存在不同程度的相关性,但在不同发育阶相关性存在差异。提取特征根大于1的特征向量:初生时,提取到1个主成分;1周龄时和1月龄时,分别提取到2个主成分;在1岁龄和4岁龄时,分别提取到3个主成分。[结论] 林麝体重、体尺性状间存在不同程度的相关性,但不同发育阶段相关性和主成分存在差异。因此对于不同阶段林麝体重、体尺性状的选育,应该计算不同阶段性状的主成分,作为综合选择指标。

Abstract: [Objective] The traits of body weight and size are importantly significant for assessing the development and growth of forest musk deer and breeding selection. [Method] In this study, the body weight and size(forehead width, head length, ear length, spinal length, chest circumference, hum length, thigh length and leg length) of musk deer at the stages of birth, 1-week, 1-month, 1-year and 4-year(each stage:40) were measured, and analyzed by principal component analysis(PCA). [Results] The results showed that the traits of body weight and size have varying degree of correlation, while the correlation have significant different at different development and growth stages. When the eigenvalue of PCA was more than 1, one principal component at the birth, two principal components at the stages of 1-week and 1-month, and three principal components at the stages of 1-year and 4-year were gotten respectively. [Conclusion] The traits of body weight and size have varying degree of correlation, while the correlation have significant different at different development and growth stages. Therefore, the PCA of body weight and size was necessary for different development and growth stages of forest musk deer if these traits were summarized a combined index in breeding.
