高效液相色谱法测定不同品种辣椒中的辣椒素

Determination of Capsicin in Different Variety of Capsicum by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要: 研究了用高效液相色谱法测定辣椒中的辣椒素。色谱柱为Hypersil ODS柱(4.0mm×250mm,5μm) UV检测器波长为280nm。流动相为V (CH3OH):V (H2O)=75:25,流速1.2mL/min。结果表明:线性回归方程是y=1042106.11x+2.7929717相关系数为R=0.99999样品的精密度RSD=2.6%,平均回收率为97.39%,并对12个辣椒品种中的辣椒素进行测定,辣椒素含量最高的是野山椒-1,最低的是樱桃椒。

Abstract: The determination of capsicin in pepper was studied by means of high performance liquid chromatography (HALP).The HPLC system consisted of Hypersil ODS (4.0 mm×250 mm,5 μm)and UV detector set at 280 nm.The mobile phase was V (CH3OH):V (H2O)=75:25 with a flow rate of 1.2 mL/min.The results showed that the linear equation was y=1042106.11x+2.79 and correlation coefficient was 0.99999.The average recovery was 97.39%.Capsicin in 12 different varieties of capsicum were determined,the one that contains maximum capsicin is wild pepper-1,minimum one is cherry pepper.
