水培茶苗对氟的吸收累积特性

Absorption and Accumulation Characteristics of Fluorine in Nutrient Liquid Cultured Tea Plant

摘要: 为了探讨茶树对氟的吸收累积特性,以无性系茶苗为材料,研究水培条件下培养时间和培养液氟浓度对茶苗吸收累积氟的影响以及无氟条件下茶苗体内氟的转移。结果表明,茶苗具有对氟的高富集性和强耐受性。茶苗体内的氟具有可转移特性。茶苗各器官氟含量随处理的时间呈线性增长,老叶氟含量高达6809.39mg/kg。不同氟浓度下对氟的吸收累积符合Michaelis-Menten模型。无氟处理下,茶苗根系和新梢的氟累积倍数随时间呈线性增加。

Abstract: To analyze absorption and accumulation of fluoride in tea plants (Camellia sinesis L), we investigated the influence of culture time and fluoride concentration in nutrient fluid on absorption and accumulation of fluoride in young tea plants under nutrient fluid culture, as well as fluoride transfer in tea plants under non fluoride condition. The results indicated that tea plant had the characteristics of high enrichment, strong tolerance to fluoride. The fluoride can transfer in tea plants. The fluoride content in different organs increased linearly along with culture time and reached 6809.39 mg/kg in old leaves. Michaelis-Menten model can describe the absorption and accumulation under different fluoride concentration. The fluoride increased multiply in roots and new tips linearly with the young tea growing up.
