接种高温细菌复合菌剂对鸡粪堆肥的影响研究

The Effects of Inoculating Thermophilic Bacterial Mixture on Chicken Manure Composting

摘要: 为了研究接种高温复合菌剂对鸡粪堆肥处理的影响,本实验采用高温好氧堆肥技术,设计了对照(不接菌)和接菌(按8%接种高温细菌)2种处理,探讨了发酵过程中堆肥温度、水分、pH值、NH4+-N含量和有机质含量变化。结果表明:与对照相比,接菌处理堆肥升温快,最高达69℃;水分蒸发快;有机物料分解速度快,有机质分解率比对照高3%;pH值降低0.2以上;种子发芽指数于第17d上升至80.1%,堆肥接种处理比对照提前5d达到腐熟;发酵过程中减少了臭气产生和氨的挥发,接菌处理堆肥NH4+-N含量比对照增加12.1%。

Abstract: To study the effect of inoculating thermophilic bacteria into the chicken manure on the high temperature aerobic composting, two kinds of treatments, i.e.control experiment (CK, no bacteria added), and inoculation of three thermophilic bacterial strains culture mixture into the chicken manure, were designed, and the fermentation temperature, compost water content, pH value, NH4+-N and organic matter amount were studied at different fermentation time. The results indicated that, compared with CK, the disposal inoculated with the mixed thermophilic bacteria raised the fermentation temperature quickly, with the highest temperature reaching 69℃; promoted the water vaporizing and accelerated the organic matter decomposing. At the same time, the compost pH value was 0.2 lower or more than that of the control. Furthermore, the seed germination index achieved 80.1% on the 17th day, which indicated that the compost reached the maturity state. The results showed that inoculation of thermophilic bacteria could deodorize the odor and prevent the NH3 from volatilization, and its concentration of NH4+-N was 12.1% higher than that of CK.
