藏猪心脏脂肪酸结合蛋白基因(H-FABP)组织表达差异性研究

H-FABP mRNA Expression in Different Tissues of Zang Pig

摘要: 采用半定量RT-PCR法,以GAPDH基因为内参,研究藏猪背最长肌、心肌、肝脏和脂肪组织中H-FABP基因mRNA组织表达差异性。结果显示,H-FABP基因mRNA组织表达差异性显著,脂肪组织表达量高于其他组织(P<0.01);心肌表达量高于背最长肌(P<0.05);背最长肌表达量高于肝脏(P<0.01)。

Abstract: By using GAPDH gene as inner contrast, the H-FABP gene mRNA expression in different tissues of Zang pig was studied by RT-PCR. The results showed that among the expression of different tissues, adipose was higher than others (P<0.01), heart was higher than longissmus muscle (P<0.05) and longissmus muscle was higher than liver (P<0.01)
