INA细菌种类及其冰核活性与“不知火”果实霜冻关系的研究

Species of INA Bacteria on Hybrid Citrus Cultivar and the Relationships between their Activity and Fruit Frost of Buzhihuo

摘要: 根据四川省杂柑上采集受冻标本20份,分离到16株冰核细菌菌株,经细菌学鉴定确认属于2个属3个种:E. ananas Serrano 1928,6株,占37.5%;P. syringae van Hall 1902,6株,占37.5%;P. viridiflava(Burkholder 1930)Dowson 1939,4株,占25%。且E. ananas的冰核活性小于P. syringaeP. viridiflava。这是杂柑上关于INA细菌的首次报道。并且通过研究INA细菌与"不知火"果实霜冻关系结果表明,在低温胁迫下,INA细菌能较大幅度提高果皮相对电导率,增大细胞原生质膜渗透性,是诱发和加重"不知火"果实霜冻的重要因素。

Abstract: Twenty samples of fruit frost from hybrid citrus cultivars were collected in Sichuan province during 2006~2007. Sixteen ice nucleation active bacterial strains were isolated from these twenty samples in this test. Six strains were identified after bacteriological determination as E. ananas Serrano 1928, and six strains were identified as P. syringae van Hall 1902, while the others were P. viridiflava (Burkholder 1930) Dowson 1939. Assay of ice nucleation activity show ed that the activity of the Pseudomonas strains were higher than the Erwinia ones, which was the first report about INA bacteria studied in hybrid citrus cultivars. Under the stress of low temperature, treatments of INA bacteria can greatly raise relative electric conductivity of seedcase and permeability of cell membrane. The results demonstrated that INA bacteria is one major factor to incite frost damage to fruit.
