铅胁迫对鱼腥草根际环境pH和电导率的影响

Effect of Lead on pH and Electroconductibility of the Rhizosphere Environment of Two Houttuynia cordata Thunbs

摘要: 通过水培实验研究了不同铅浓度胁迫对2个来源地鱼腥草根际环境pH和电导率的影响。结果表明,鱼腥草根际环境的pH明显低于对照,说明铅处理可造成鱼腥草根际环境的酸化,但随着胁迫处理时间的延长,2个来源地鱼腥草根际环境的pH都呈现上升趋势,说明鱼腥草抑制了根际环境的酸化;电导率呈现先下降后上升再下降的趋势。铅胁迫对2个来源地鱼腥草根际环境pH和电导率的影响差异不大。

Abstract: The effects of lead stress on pH and electroconductibility of rhizosphere environment of two Houttuynia cordata thunbs were studied throug hhydroponic culture. The results showed that the pH of Houttuynia cordata thunbs rhizosphere environment decreased obviously under lead stress, which explained that lead created the rhizosphere environment of Houttuynia cordata thunbs acidified. Along with the time passage, the pH of Houttuynia cordata thunbs rhizosphere environment rose, which explained that root systems of two Houttuynia cordata thunbs suppressed acidization in rhizosphere environment. The electroconductibility increased first, later decreased, then increased again. The difference is low in lead affected the rhizosphere environment of two Houttuynia cordata thunbs.
