高效无机解磷细菌YM3-2S的分离和鉴定

Isolation and Identification of a High Efficiency Phosphate-solubilizing Bacterium YM3-2S

摘要: 从四川省不同地区的土壤样品进行了解磷细菌的分离和筛选,根据溶磷圈大小,获得了7株解磷细菌,并最终筛选到一株具有高效解磷能力的菌株YM3-2S,对磷矿粉的最大解磷量达40.96 mg/L,解磷率可达20%。根据其形态特征,生理生化特性和16S rDNA序列,将菌株YM3-2S鉴定为洋葱伯克氏菌(Burkholderia cepacia)。

Abstract: Seven phosphorus-solubilizing bacterial strains were isolated from 30 soil samples collected from 7 different sites in Sichuan province, and a high efficiency phosphate-solublizing bacterial strain named YM3-2S was obtained. The hig hest phosphate-releasing amount of strain YM3-2S was 40.96 mg/L, and the phosphate-releasing ratio was 20%. Based on the results of morphology, physiological and biochemical properties and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA sequence, strain YM3-2S was identified as Burkholderia cepacia.
