间接ELISA检测胸膜肺炎放线杆菌血清1型抗体的研究

摘要: 进行了胸膜肺炎放线杆菌血清1型荚膜多糖的提取制备实验,并以该抗原作为诊断抗原建立了检测胸膜肺炎放线杆菌血清1型抗体的间接ELISA方法。此抗原与猪巴氏杆菌病、猪布氏杆菌病、仔猪副伤寒等阳性血清无交叉反应;与胸膜肺炎放线杆菌血清2型、3型、4型、6型、7型、8型、9型、10型标准阳性血清也无交叉反应。可用于猪群感染血清1型胸膜肺炎放线杆菌的诊断和监测。

Abstract: Indirect ELISA was developed by using CPS (capsular poly saccharide) as coating antigen which was extracted from App (Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae) sero type 1.It indicated that there was no cross reaction with positive sero of Pasteurellosis, Brucellosis, Salmonellosis and rabbit antisera to serotype 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 of App were also proved to have no cross reaction.This method could be used to diagnose and monitor PCP (Porcine Contagious Pleuropneumoniae) caused by App sero type 1 in pig herd.
