杂交玉米几个数量性状的胞质效应初探

Preliminary Study of Cytoplasm Effect on Several Quantitive Characters of Maize Hybrids

摘要: 用两套包含3种不同雄性不育细胞质及正常可育胞质的同核异质系作母本,5个测验系作父本,配制成8×5不完全双列杂交,按再裂区设计分析胞质效应。结果表明:不育胞质对穗粗、穗粒重、株高产生负效应,对百粒重有正效应,对穗位高的影响不一。细胞质效应、核质互作效应(胞质与测验系核背景的互作效应、胞质与保持系核背景的互作效应、胞质与测验系、保持系的二级互作效应)对穗粒重、株高、穗位高的影响达到显著水平。

Abstract: 2 series of isonuclear-allocytoplasmic lines under 3 kinds of sterile cytoplasm and normal cytoplasm background as maternal parents, five tester lines as paternal parents were employed to compose a 8×5 incomplete diallel cross and the effects of cytoplasm were analyzed with split-split plot design.The results indicated that sterile cytoplasm had negative effect on ear diameter, grain weight per ear, plant height, positive effect on 100-grain weight and different direction effect on ear height.Cytoplasm effect, nuclear-cytoplasicm interaction including cytoplasmic-tester interaction, cytoplasmicmaintainer interaction, cytoplasmic-tester-maintainer interaction had significant influence on grain weight per ear, plant height and earheight.
