猬草属及其近缘属种子胚乳细胞多样性研究

Study on Diversity of Endosperm Cells in Seeds of Hystrix and Related Genera in Triticeae

摘要: 对小麦族猬草属、赖草属、新麦草属、拟鹅观草属、披碱草属和Lophopyrum共6属20份材料的胚乳细胞特征进行解剖观察,发现不同属种植物种子胚乳细胞存在丰富的多样性,不同物种的胚乳细胞在大小、形状和数量上均表现出差异,但不能很好地反映种以上的组、属以及基因组间的差异。

Abstract: The endosperm cells of 20 materials of Hystrix, Leymus, Psathyrostachys, Pseudoroegneria, Elymus and Lophopyrum in Triticeae were surveyed in this paper.The results show that there exists significant variation in endosperm cells of those perennial species.Different species have significant variation including differences in the sizes, forms and quantity of endosperm cells.But the differences in genera are smaller than in species, which shows that the characters of endosperm cells have less value in the systematic studies of perennial genera than those in the studies of species in Triticeae.
