四川小豆地方品种资源的平均表现及相关性分析

The Performance and Correlation of Characters of Adzuki Bean Germplasm Resources in Sichuan Province

摘要: 对47份来自四川的小豆地方品种资源进行了形态多样性的调查研究和性状相关性分析,结果表明:①四川小豆地方品种的生长习性以直立型为主;②与产量密切相关的株高、主茎分枝数、单株荚数、单荚粒数和百粒重等性状的变异系数均较大,依次为单株荚数(24.68%) > 百粒重(23.71%) > 株高(21.06%) > 主茎分枝数(19.75%) > 单荚粒数(14.13%);③四川小豆种质资源具有丰富的形态多样性,平均多样性指数为1.529。④全生育期与单株产量呈显著正相关,主茎分枝数、荚长、单株荚数和百粒重均与单株产量呈极显著正相关。

Abstract: To provide information for parental selection and germplasm improvement, forty-seven adzuki bean native varieties from Sichuan province(Table 1) were investigated based on 15 morphological characters. The results are as follows:①The growth habit of the adzuki bean germplasm resources in Sichuan province is mainly upright habit;②There is higher variability of some characters related to grain yield per plant such as plant height, number of ramification, pod/plant, seeds/pod and 100-seed weight, number of ramification, and so on;③The morphological diversity of the adzuki bean germplasm resources is higher, and its average diversity index is 1.529;④There is the remarkably positive correlation between growth period and grain yield, it is the same among pod length, pods/plant, 100-seed weight and grain yield/plant. These results suggest that the adzuki bean germplasm resources in Sichuan province can be used as parent materials for breeding program.
