产纤维素酶枯草芽孢杆菌C-36的产酶条件研究

Optization of Conditions for Submerged Fermentation of Cellulase from Bacillus subtilis C-36

摘要: 以产纤维素酶的枯草芽孢杆菌菌株C-36为研究对象,从碳源、氮源、接种量、培养基初始pH、温度等方面研究该菌株的产酶条件,结果表明该菌产酶的最适碳源为2%的CMC-Na,最适氮源为2.5%的蛋白胨+酵母粉复合氮源,最佳接种量为4%,最适起始pH为5.0,产酶最适温度为37℃。在此条件下,培养36 h后达到产酶高峰,CMC酶活为196.33 U/mL,是优化前的3倍。

Abstract: Study on the optization of condition for submerged fermentation of strain Bacillus subtilis cellulase was made:the optimum carbon source and nitrogen source is 2% CMC-Na, 2.5% peptone and yeast extract;the optimum quantity of inoculation is 4%;when the optimum pH is 5.0;the optimum temperature is 37 ℃;it arrives the zymogenous peak at 36 h, and the CMCase activity is 196.33 U/mL which is three times of the previous.
