不同海拔下大叶碎米荠中水溶性维生素含量差异的研究

Determination of Water-soluble Vitamins in Cardamine Macrophylla from Different Altitude by HPLC

摘要: 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定不同海拔大叶碎米荠中的水溶性维生素C、维生素B6(吡多醇)和维生素B5(烟酸)的含量。色谱在Hypersil C-8柱(5μm,4.0mm×250mm)上进行,以流动相A(1%乙酸含0.5%三乙胺,pH=4.5)与B(A-甲醇,50:50)进行梯度洗脱,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为275nm,室温。样品其回收率为98%~105.5%(RSD1%~5%)。不同海拔的维生素含量存在一定差异,烟酸在1500m时含量最高;而维生素C与吡多醇在2100m时含量最高。人工种植的大叶碎米荠与普通蔬菜(土豆、西红柿)相比,富含吡多醇和烟酸。

Abstract: By means of a HPLC method for the quantitative analysis of water-solubles vitamins in Cardamine macrophylla from different altitude, the chromatographic analysis was carried out on Hypersil C-8 column by using gradient elution method. The mobile phases A is 1% acetic acidgradient containing 0.5% Triethylamine(pH=4.5), and the mobile phases B is A-methanol(50:50) at 1.0mL/min flow rate. The detection wavelength is at 275nm in room temperature. Some differences in the content of vitamins were observed with the attitude change. For example, among them, Vpp in the 1500m is the richest, VC and VB6 in the 2100m are the richest. VB6 and Vpp in domestic Cardamine macrophylla are much richer than those in general vegetable(potato, tomato). The recoveries from samples are 98% to 105.5% with RSD(1%~5%).
