碳源和氮源对绿粘帚霉合成几丁质酶的影响

摘要: 几丁质是自然界中仅次于纤维素的第二大可再生自然资源,几丁质酶在降解几丁质方面有重要功能,而且在植病防治方面有重要作用。绿粘帚霉(G. virens)是生物防治中具有前途的拮抗菌。本文以胶体几丁质、细粉几丁质、葡萄糖、蔗糖为不同碳源,以KNO3、(NH4)2SO4、蛋白胨、酵母浸粉为不同氮源对绿粘帚霉F051合成几丁质酶进行初步研究,发现绿粘帚霉F051合成几丁质酶的最佳碳源和氮源分别是细粉几丁质和酵母浸粉。

Abstract: The chitin is the reborn and second natural resource in the nature and just next to the cellulose. The chitinase has very important function in degrading chitin and preventing plant disease. Gliocladium virens is a very important antagonistic fungus in biological control. This paper used different carbon sources such as colloid chitin, chitin-powder, glucose, sucrose and different nitrogen sources such as KNO3, (NH4)2SO4, peptone, yeast-decoction to study the chitinase production by G. virens F051. The favorable carbon source and nitrogen source of producing high chitinase were chitin-powder and yeast-decoction.
