Abstract: Based on the investigation of diseases and pests occurred by walnut, Chinese chestnut, common olive and apricot in Guangyuan, Bazhong and Dazhou prefectures within Qingba mountains, the paper discussed the species of diseases and pests, the distribution and the degree of damage, and also carried out a menacing evaluation for the frequently and widely occurred diseases and pests through a multi-indictor integrating assessment. The result shows that Dyscerus juglaus, Dyscerus juglans, Atrijuglans hitauhei, Batocera horsfieldi, Walnut bacterial bligh, Chestnut weevil, Spilocaea olaginea, Gloeosporium olivarum could be seriously threaten by the growth and production of cash trees.
