马卡小麦高分子谷蛋白亚基遗传变异分析

High-molecular-weight Glutenin Subunits Variation in Triticum macha Dek.et Men.

摘要: 利用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)方法对29份马卡小麦材料进行了高分子谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)分析。结果表明,供试材料中存在着较丰富的亚基变异,共检测到9种亚基类型和9种亚基组合。其中,Glu-A1位点上null亚基出现频率最高,达82.8%。Glu-B1位点上7+8为优势亚基(占53.3%),7+9亚基出现频率也较高23.3%。Glu-D1位点上优势亚基为2+12(占82.8%)。供试材料品质评分变幅为4~8分,平均为6.2分。

Abstract: The high-molecular-weight glutenin subunits (HMW-GS) of 29 Triticum macha Dek.Et Men.are analyzed by SDS-PAGE method. Relatively high level of HMW-GS polymorphism is observed in T.macha. There are 9 subunits and 9 subunits combinations. At Glu-A1 locus, subunit null has the highest frequency (82.8%). At Glu-B1 locus, the frequencies of subunits 7+8 (53.3%) is the highest, followed by subunits 7+9 (23.3%). At Glu-D1 locus, the frequency of subunit 2+12 (82.8%) is the highest. The quality scores of these accessions range from 4 to 8, with the average of 6.2.
