喹乙醇诱导鲤肝细胞凋亡的电子显微镜观察

Observation on Hepatic Cells Apoptosis Induced by Olaquindox in Cyprinus carpio by Electron Microscope

摘要: 在饲料中添加200mg/kg的喹乙醇,连续30d饲喂60尾实验鲤鱼,分别于染毒后的第7、14、20、25d和30d剖杀4尾鱼,取肝脏进行电子显微镜检测其细胞凋亡。结果表明,喹乙醇可引起鲤鱼肝细胞凋亡。其特征表现为肝细胞出现染色质浓缩、边移,呈半月状,随后裂解成大小不等的团块,并可见凋亡细胞形成具有特征性的、质膜完整的凋亡小体。随着实验时间的延长凋亡检出率越高。

Abstract: The test was conducted with 60 fish for 30 days, with dose of 200mg olaquindox/kg feed. 4 fish was killed each time to observe the apoptosis of the hepatic cells by electron microscope on the 7 d, 14 d, 20 d, 25 d, 30 d individually after poisoning. The results show that olaquindox can induce the apoptosis of the hepatic cell of common carp (Cyprinus carpio). The characteristic of apoptosis hepatic cells shows Chromatin condensation, margination, half-moon and then cracking, moving blow the nuclear membrane; Apoptosis bodies appearing in hepatic cells. Furthermore, the apoptosis percentage of hepatic cell increases with the test time last.
