四川省十大功劳属植物茎中生物碱含量的研究

Study on the Alkaloids of the Mahonia Genus in Sichuan Province

摘要: 运用HPLC法测定了来自四川部分地区的9种十大功劳属植物共17份材料中3种生物碱(盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸药根碱)的含量。结果表明:①四川产十大功劳属植物的生物碱含量普遍较高;②同种植物不同产地生物总碱含量稳定,各种成分含量变化大;③小檗碱是该属植物生物碱中最主要的成分;④独龙十大功劳、细叶十大功劳、宽苞十大功劳、湖北十大功劳和察隅十大功劳可作为小檗碱优势植物,其中小檗碱含量均大于0.8%,因此,四川省十大功劳具有较高的开发价值。

Abstract: HLPC was applied to determination the three kinds of alkaloids including berberine, jatrorrhizine, palmatine in Mahonia stem (9 species, 17 samples) from different areas in Sichuan (including part area of Chongqing). The results show that:①the alkaloid contents of the Mahonia in Sichuan are generally high; ②total content of three kinds of alkaloids are stable in the same species, while every constituent fluctuates greatly according to habitats; ③berberine is playing a leading role in the constituents of the alkaloid; ④the species including M.taronensis Hand-Mazz, M.fortunei (LindL.).Feddle, M.eurybracteata, M.confusa Sprague and M.calamicaulis spare et Fish are excellent in content of berberine which is over 0.8%, so it is valuable to explore Mahonia genus in Sichuan.
