攀西及相邻地区稻米中矿质元素含量的变异分析

Analysis of Mineral Elements Content Variation in Rice in Panxi and Adjacent Regions

摘要: 通过田间试验,研究了不同水稻品种、类型及其产地间稻米中铁、锌、铜、锰、镁、钙含量的变异。结果表明:①稻米中铁、锌、铜、锰、镁、钙平均含量的高低顺序为镁 >钙 >锌 >锰 >铜 >铁;不同品种间稻米中铁含量变异系数最大,其次为钙,锌含量变异系数最小;不同水稻类型间粳型品种稻米中铁、锌、铜、锰、镁、钙平均含量最高,其次为常规籼型品种,杂交籼型品种稻米中6种矿质元素平均含量最低;②雅安和温江两产地3供试品种稻米中铁、锌、铜、锰、镁、钙含量相对较高,会理3供试品种稻米中6种矿质元素含量相对较低;不同产地间稻米中铜含量变异系数最大,其次为铁,锌含量变异系数最小;③稻米中锰含量与土壤中碱解氮含量和pH值显著负相关;土壤中速效钾含量与稻米中锌、铜含量极显著或显著负相关;稻米中镁含量与土壤中钙全量显著负相关;稻米中钙含量与土壤中铜全量显著负相关;稻米中锌含量与土壤中镁全量显著正相关。

Abstract: Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Ca and Mg six mineral elements content variation in rice of different varieties, types and different producing areas were analyzed in this paper. The results are followed:①The mean content of the six mineral elements in rice is Mg >Ca >Zn >Mn >Cu >Fe. Variant coefficient of Fe content is the biggest, the second is Ca and the variant coefficient of Zn content is the lowest of rice among different rice varieties. The mean content of the six mineral elements in rice is japonica rice >indica rice >hybrid rice among different rice types; ②The difference in content of Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Ca and Mg six mineral elements in rice from various producing areas is obviously and the general trend is that the content of the six elements in rice from Yaan and Wenjiang is relatively higher and from Huili is relatively lower. Variant coefficient of Cu content is the biggest, the second is Fe and the variant coefficient of Zn content is the lowest of rice among different producing areas; ③There is significant or extremely significant negative correlation between pH, available N content in soil and Mn content in rice, the content of available K in soil and Zn, Cu content in rice, the content of Ca in soil and Mg content in rice, the content of Cu in soil and the content of Ca in rice. There is significant positive correlation between content of Mg in soil and content of Zn in rice.
