Pseudoroegneria spicata×P. libanotica种间杂种F1的细胞遗传学研究

Cytogenetic Study on the Interspecific Hybrid F1 between Pseudoroegneria spicata and P. libanotica(Poaceae: Triticeae)

摘要: P. spicataP. libanotica和它们的人工种间杂种F1花粉母细胞减数分裂中期Ⅰ染色体配对行为和繁育特征进行了分析,杂种F1减数分裂染色体配对平均构型为0.45Ⅰ+6.55Ⅱ(C-值=0.86),表明这2个种含有相同的染色体组,且亲缘关系较近。杂种F1花粉育性小于2%,不能正常结实,表明2个亲本种间存在较强的生殖隔离,是独立的生物学物种。

Abstract: Studies on fertility and chromosome pairing behavior in meiosis of P. spicata, P. libanotica and their artificial hybrid F1 were carried out. The mean meiotic configuration is 0.45Ⅰ+6.55Ⅱ(C-value=0.86) for P. spicata×P. libanotica, indicating that P. spicata and P. libanotica share the same genomes and are closely related. Pollen fertility <2% and no-seed set in the hybrid suggest that there exist reproductive barriers between P. spicata and P. libanotica, and they are two independent biological species.
