综合产量、品质和抗虫性评价转基因抗虫棉方法探讨

摘要: 以1999年河南省转基因抗棉区试资料为分析对象,介绍方差分析、AMMI模型分析和将受害铃率作为参试品系抗虫性指标引入模型的因子回归模型分析3种分析方法,将抗虫性结合单株铃数、单铃重、绒长、衣分等产量、品质性状对参试转基因抗虫棉品系进行评价,并对3种方法进行初步比较。

Abstract: The study was on the evaluation of the transgenic cotton varieties in the regional test of the Henan province in 1999. Three methods or models, the ANOVA model, AMMI and factorial regression models, were used and compared to evaluate the performances of the cotton varieties combined with the lint yield, compositions of yield, fiber quality and the resistance to bollworm [Helicoverpa armigera(Hubner)].
