A New Way for Rapid Propagation of Cymbidium grandiflorium——Clustered Shoots

摘要: 主要采用大花蕙兰的茎尖作外植体,不经过愈伤组织直接诱导丛生芽,这是一种变异率低的快繁方法。结果表明:在MS+BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L+AC 0.5g/L培养基上,丛生芽增殖最快,80d增殖系数可达6.23。

Abstract: The shoots of Cymbidium grandiflorium were used as explants to establish a rapid technique system of micropropagation. Direct inducing cluster shoots without forming callus was a rapid vegetative propagation method with low variability. The results show:MS+BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+AC 0.5 g/L is the best medium. After 80 days culture, the multiplication rate of shoot clumps reach 6.23.
