转基因改良水稻的抗螟虫性研究

摘要: 以质粒pCUSBK-HPT作抗虫基因供体,优良籼型恢复系蜀恢527为受体,采用基因枪转化法,获得了转抗虫基因sbk的植株。室内和田间试验发现转基因植株抗虫性得到提高。分子证据表明外源基因在受体植株中的遗传是稳定的。外源基因的转入没有改变受体的优良农艺性状。

Abstract: The transgenic SH527, an elite indica restorer line, containing modified Bt(sbk), was obtained by bombardment. The resistance of transgenic plants to rice stem borers increased in vivo and in vitro. PCR, PCR-Southern blotting and Southern blotting analyses indicate that sbk gene can be integrated and delivered in transgenic plants stably. The field performance of transgenic plants is similar to the non-transgenic control.
