小麦组织培养能力在栽培品种间的变异

摘要: 为选择转基因研究中优良的受体小麦材料,对76个我国南方麦区的小麦新品种(系)的组织培养能力进行了研究。结果指出:半愈期,成愈率,成根愈率和成芽愈率在不同品种间存在着广泛的变异。半愈期和成愈率的变异趋势一致,而成芽愈率和成根愈率表现很不相同。栽培品种中组织培养能力的广泛变异性,指出有针对地培育小麦转基因受体的重要性。

Abstract: Several characters related to tissue culture abilities, the days of callusing at 50%(DCH), the rate of callusing in 4 weeks(RCW), the rate of Calli of root formation(in %, RCRF), and the rate of calli of shoot formation(in %, RCSF), were analyzed in 76 wheat cultivars originated from South-west China. The results indicate that an extensive variation is found in DCH, NCW, RCRF, and RCSF among different wheat cultivars. A same trend of variation is observed between the DCH and RCW, but not between the RCRF and the RCSF. The method of wheat breeding for transgenic receptors is discussed.
