小麦高代材料中幼穗培养特性的研究

Study on Tissue Culture Response in Wheat(Triticuma estivum L.) F5 Lines

摘要: 研究分析了两个小麦杂交组合的F5株系群体,其中组合1包含了较高组织培养能力的亲本,组合2的亲本均有较低的组织培养能力。研究结果显示,两个组合F5群体的半愈期、成愈率,成根愈率和成芽愈率的分布显著不同。组合1的F5群体中有显著较多的具有高效组织培养能力的株系。研究结果指出,即使在分离世代未加选择的情况下,高效组织培养能力有关的基因仍然能够遗传到F5世代。因此,在F5代株系中,结合农艺性状的选择,培育农艺性状优良、组织培养表现高效的小麦株基因受体品系是可能的。

Abstract: The wheat F5 lines originated from different combinations were analyzed for determining their tissue culture capacity. The combination 1 contains two parents with excellent ability in tissue culture, but combination 2 does not. More significant lines, which exhibited excellent characters in tissue culture, such as the days of calluing at 50%, the rate of total calli induction, the rate of root formation, the rate of shoot information, were observed in combination 1 than combination 2. The results indicate that the F5 lines contain the genes of tissue culture characters from their wheat parents, in despite of selection lack in F2~F4 for tissue culture characters. In wheat breeding for transgenic receptors it is an approach to select tissue culture abilities with excellent agronomic characteristics in F5 plant lines.
