珙桐初代培养研究

摘要: 研究了以珙桐芽作为外植体诱导其顶芽发育的过程和初代培养中愈伤组织的表现及变异的表现,结果表明:培养基1/2 MS+BA 1.5mg/L+IBA 1mg/L的组合效果最好,可显著提高芽的再生率。诱导出的愈伤组织种类较多,对上部芽的生长影响不同。新生出叶片变异程度与激素浓度相关。

Abstract: Culture, callus' representation and variation phenomena from buds of Davidia involucrata Baill it was studied are studied in initial culture. The experiments show: the best initiation medium is 1/2 MS+BA 1.5 mg/L+IBA 1 mg/L, it can increase the regeneration rate of the shoots significantly. Different kinds of callus are induced in initial culture, which have different effects on the above shoots' growth. Variation Degree of new leaves was related to hormone's concentration.
