梨胶锈菌重寄生菌(Tuberculina vinosa)对木瓜锈病菌的重寄生

Hyperparasitism of Floweringquince Rust by Tuberculina vinosa from Pear Rust

摘要: 在木瓜锈病(Gymnosporangium asiaticum)发生期,利用梨胶锈重寄生菌(Tuberculina vinosa)的分生孢子孢悬液喷雾接种于木瓜锈菌性子器发生了重寄生现象。该重寄生现象发生于锈病病斑叶背锈子器处,紫色、半球状。被重寄生病斑无毛管状物产生。切片镜检重寄生菌产孢结构,其分生孢子座弧形平铺,大小平均直径为790.5μm;分生孢子梗栅状排列、近无色、平均为18.5μm×3.33μm;分生孢子无色、球形和椭圆形、平均大小分别为7.93μm和9.26μm×7.53μm。

Abstract: When the spore suspension of Tuberculina vinosa is inoculated on the pycnium of flower-ingquincerust, it produces hyperparasitism. The hyperparasitism occurs on aecium of the rust on the lower leaf surface. It is purple and half ball. The hair(aecium) does not occur on rust spot when it is hyperparasitised. The sporodochium of T. vinosa is an arc-shaped and its averaging diameter is 790.5 μm. The conidiophores are fense-like, colorless and 18.5 μm×3.33 μm in size. The conidia are colorless, round or oval, their average size are 7.93 μm and 9.26 μm×7.53 μm respectively.
