梯度分析在稻米外观品质评价中的应用

摘要: 将梯度分析技术引入稻米品质评价的研究,对稻米品质性状进行分析。在PCA分析结果的基础上,通过引进PC间的协调因子aj,计算稻米的品质梯度值GV(PCi),建立稻米的品质梯度轴,客观地排出各品种的品质顺序,并揭示影响稻米品质的主导因子。梯度分析技术用于稻米品质评价的研究,其结果具有直观性和明确性,是研究稻米品质评价的一个可行而有效的技术手段。

Abstract: Gradient analysis technique was introduced into the study of rice appearance quality by analyzing plant anatomy features in this paper. Based on the result of PCA, introducing into aj, a regulating parameter among principal components(PC), rice quality gradient values [GV(PCi)]were calculated. At the same time, rice quality gradient axes were established, the order of quality was arranged objectively, and the dominant factors affecting rice quality were revealed. These analysises show that the application of gradient analysis technique in the study of rice quality can make the results clear, definite and direct. Gradient analysis technique is an effective, available method in the study of evaluating the rice quality.
