摘要: 利用改良的Giemsa C带技术,分析了犬草(Elymus caninus)的染色体C带带型。其染色体核型是:2n=4x=28=2M+24m+2sm。不同染色体之间的C带带型在带的数量、大小、强弱及位置等方面存在明显差异,因此认为C带带型可作为犬草染色体的细胞学标记。

Abstract: The Giemsa C-banding analysis of Elymus caninus is carried out by using an improved C-banding procedure. The karyotype formulae is as follows: 2n=4x=28=2M+24m+2sm. The C-banding patterns in number, size, dyeability and distribution among chromosomes are distinctly different. So the C-banding pattern could be regarded as a cytological marker of all chromosomes in E. caninus.
