摘要: 综述了自第一株转基因小麦报道以来,利用不同的外植体,通过基因枪法、农杆菌介导法、花粉管通道法等技术,将抗病虫、抗除草剂、抗逆以及提高品质的基因转化到小麦中的研究进展。讨论了基因枪法、农杆菌介导法和花粉管通道法在小麦转基因中的应用现状及其存在的主要问题与对策。

Abstract: Many transgenic plants of wheat with disease, insect, herbicide, adverse condition and improving quality genes have been made since the report of the first transgenic wheat by particle bombardment.Agrobacterium-mediated, pollen tube pathway, PEG, microinjection, Agrolistic technology are introduced in this paper.The main problems and countermeasures of the present conditions particle bombardment, Agrobacterium-mediated, pollen tube pathway of application in wheat genetic transformation are discussed.
