成都平原小麦夏繁加代研究

Studies on Doubling Seasons of Wheat Planting in Chengdu Plain of Sichuan Province

摘要: 2002年,在成都平原西部海拔704.7m处进行小麦育种材料夏季繁殖试验。几个杂种F4及F5株系的种子经24h 4℃低温处理后,在室温下发芽,萌芽后播种。自二叶一心起追肥,每隔5d追1次,共计3~4次;追肥为碳酸氢铵:磷酸二氢钾=3:2的0.25%溶液。结果获得了繁殖系数为68.2~110.0,发芽率82.6%~94.7%的F5及F6种子。文中还讨论了低海拔地区进行夏繁在小麦育种中的价值。

Abstract: In May 2002, some F4 and F5 wheat lines were harvested.These F4 and F5 lines of wheat were propagated at Triticeae Research Institute of Sichuan agricultural University, located in Dujiangyan city of Chengdu plain with a low elevation of 704.7 metres in June 2002.After the seeds of these lines were pretreated for 24 hours at 4℃, they were placed in room temperature till germination.The seedlings were transplanted into a minor modified field.The wheat seedlings were fertilized by using 0.25% solution with 60% NH4HCO3 and 40% KH2PO4 at the seedling stage of 2.5 leaves.Fertilization was repeated every 5 days for 3~4 times.The range of propagated coefficient of F5 and F6 seeds was 68.2~110.0 times.There was a germination percentage range from 82.6% to 94.7%.The usefulness in wheat genetic and breeding by doubling seasons is discussed.
