施肥对芹菜硝酸盐含量的影响

Effect of Fertilizer Application on the Content of Nitrate in Celery

摘要: 通过盆栽试验研究了不同肥料配合及氮肥分期施用对芹菜硝酸盐含量的影响,结果表明:N、P、K肥与有机肥配合施用,适当延长最后一次施肥与芹菜收获时间以及N肥分期施用都有利于降低芹菜体内硝酸盐含量,N肥按底肥50%、追肥30%、20%3次施用既有利于降低芹菜硝酸盐含量,又有利于提高产量。

Abstract: Study on the application of various fertilizers and N fertilizer application in stages influencing nitrate content of celery was carried on the potted plant.The results show that N,P,K fertilizer adding organic fertilizer,proper prolonging the application time or reap time and N fertilizer application in stages could decrease nitrate content of celery.N fertilizer (including 50% base fertilizer,topdressing 30%,20%) could decrease nitrate content and increase the yield of celery.
