胶孢炭疽菌菟丝子专化型的生物学特性

摘要: 胶孢炭疽菌菟丝子专化型生长和产孢的最适温度范围分别为25~30℃和28~30℃,最适pH值分别为5.0和6.0,最适C/N分别为35.0~52.5和35.0~58.4。大豆菟丝子汁对该菌的生长、产孢和孢子萌发均有显著的寄主营养诱导作用,首次对该菌的分生孢子萌发生物学特性进行了较为系统的研究。

Abstract: The optimum temperature for mycelial growth and sporulation of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (Penz.) Sacc.f.sp.cuscutae Chang is 25~28℃ and 28~30℃ respectively.The optimum pH is 5.0 and 6.0 respectively.The optimum C/N is 35.0~52.5 and 35.0~58.4 respectively.Cuscuta extract shows remarkable inductive effects on mycelial growth,sporulation and conidium germination.Especially,the biological characteristics of the conidium germination have not been systematically researched before.
