胶孢炭疽菌菟丝子专化型毒素的初步研究

摘要: 胶孢炭疽菌菟丝子专化型可产生有致病力的外毒素,毒素引起菟丝子产生类似于接种分生孢子所引起的症状。菟丝子蔗糖培养液、改良的Czapek-Dox培养液和摇瓶液体发酵培养基均可产毒。毒素经100℃水浴30min后仍保持较高的致病率,而5mol/L盐酸水解处理4h后致病率明显下降。初提纯毒素液的pH值对毒素影响较小。毒素易溶于水,难溶于多种有机溶剂,透析实验结果表明毒素为大分子物质,推测毒素的主要成分是蛋白聚糖类物质。

Abstract: Colletotrichum gloeosporioides(Penz.) Sacc. f. sp. cuscutae Chang could produce pathogenic exo toxins. The toxins elicite stem lesions on Cuscuta spp. which are similar to those by the conidia of the strain. Cuscuta sucrose broth, improved Czapek-Dox broth and liquid fermentation medium are all fit for toxin production. The pathogenic rate of crude toxin liquid remaine stable to a high degree after heated at 100 ℃ for 30 min, but get rather lower than the control after hydrolysed by 5 mol/L HCl for 4 h. The crude toxins show remarkable stability to pH values, difficult to be dissolved in many organic solvents. The results of dialyzation show that the toxins are a kind of large moleculars. It is conjectured that the main toxicity components are polysaccharides.
