水解酸化法处理龙须草制浆废水的条件研究

摘要: 采用水解工艺处理龙须草制浆废水。在进水CODcr浓度为10000mg/L,BOD5为5000mg/L,HRT为8h,容积负荷为15kgCODcr/(m3·d)的条件下,出水CODcr为5500mg/L左右,BOD5为3575mg/L左右,CODcr去除率为45%左右,BOD5去除率为34%左右,但BOD5/CODcr由进水的0.5提高到0.65左右,出水的可生化性大大提高,为后续的好氧处理创造了良好的条件。

Abstract: Hydrolysisacidrogenesis process was used to treat Chinese alpine rush pulping wastewater. On the Condition that the CODcr value of inflow is 10000 mg/L or so, the BOD5 value of inflow is 5000 mg/L or so, the hydraulic retention time is 8 hours, and the volume loading is 1.5 kg CODcr/(m3·d), then the CODcr value of outflow is 5500 mg/L or so, the BOD5 value of outflow is 2575 mg/L or so. The removal of BOD5 is low, but the BOD5/CODcr Value increases to 0.65 or so from 0.5 and it will increase the following aerobic process efficiency.
